Beyonce. Thats a name and a face that the world is familiar with. Although she has always been beautiful, even Beyonce has had the help of modern science sculp what we know her as today. A rhinoplasty can be subtle, unnoticable until it is pointed out, yet make all the difference in a face. Especially in photographs. Guess this is why so many young stars, such as Beyonce have had the rhinoplasty (nose job)procedure, to improve their looks and ultimately sales.
She had her bridge narrowed and the tip of her nose refined.

idris Alba has had a nose job. Wow. It is very noticible now. I watched him in "Daddy's Girls" the movie and the nose was a lotttttt wider.
